2. The filter tissue system consists of filter plate, filter framework, filter cloth and squeeze diaphragm. Both sides of the filter plate are covered by filter cloth. When squeeze diaphragm is required, the filter plate group consists of diaphragm and back plate.
Both sides of the bottom plate of the high pressure diaphragm filter press are covered with plastic diaphragms, and both sides of the diaphragm are covered with filter cloth. The baffle plate is the filter plate of general filter press. Raw materials enter each filter chamber from the time-lapse material hole on the thrust plate, the solid particles are intercepted in the filter chamber because their particle diameter exceeds the diameter of the filter material (filter cloth), and the leachate is discharged from the drain hole under the filter plate. When the filter cake needs to be squeezed dry, in addition to the diaphragm, air compression or steam can be introduced from the cleaning port to wash away the water in the filter cake according to the cyclone, so as to reduce the water content of the filter cake.
