The diaphragm of the diaphragm filter press is generally composed of thermoplastic rubber, glass fiber filament, glass fiber cloth and polypropylene, which has the function of heat resistance and high pressure resistance. If the reduced working pressure does not exceed a certain value, the membrane will not be easy to swell or open, thus endangering the actual effect of sludge dewatering. Therefore, the reduced working pressure should not be less than 1MPa.
